01/01/2011: The time for new beginnings, creative spirits, fresh chapters! Dad and the boys went to the "First Night of Play" (Dec 31st) event at the local Children's Museum; and from what I hear it was fantastic! Pizza, drinks, snacks, gift bags, party hats, a countdown and a bubble wrap pop! They had a great time! On New Years Day, Rod and I were deep cleaning and taking the fridge apart. Nathan had free dibs on random edibles and ended up with a sheet of refrigerated pie crust, green fondant and a packet of sprinkles. He patted it, rolled it, and marked it for "Brother and Me". I obliged and through the "cake creation" right in the oven for him. It was interesting and we made a celebration out of it. The funny part: They actually liked and ate it. Just "toasty" pie crust with a tinge of "sweet"...LOL We even recorded the "New Year Snack Party!" Now, I have to give the obligatory DISCLAIMER: This video contains audio of me singing.
